During the cleaning of the apartment, we always leave all windows opened between one guest and another to ensure good air exchange
in all rooms.
Temperature control
Before each service, we measure the body temperature of the cleaning staff to make sure they are in good health.

Operators are provided with personal protective equipment such as disposable masks and gloves
Self check-in
Whenever possible, we organize self-check-in and self-check-out.
Otherwise, we will welcome you with a mask and gloves and we warmly invite guests to have the same foresight.
Social distancing
Check-in at the apartment is done only to the group leader to guarantee social distancing. He will present the identity documents of all other travel companions to comply with the regulations required by law.

We regularly clean switches, handles, surfaces and floors with 75% ethyl alcohol or 0.5% sodium hypochlorite (bleach)
Linen treatment
The laundry is washed at 90 ° C with detergent. If washing at 90 ° C is not possible due to the characteristics of the fabric, we treat the laundry with Amuchina Additivo Powder Sanitizer at each washing cycle.
Safety kit
We provide each apartment with a safety-kit consisting of sanitizing gel for hands and products for cleaning the surfaces of the house.
