House Rules
Conduct
We ask you to consider the following friendly rules designed to make the home more enjoyable for all of my guests:

do not smoke in the apartment;

avoid noises on the stairs and in other common areas;

it is not allowed to accommodate additional people inside the apartment;

turn off all lights and air conditioning before going out;
-
parties and other types of events are not allowed;

l leave the apartment in order;
-
do not leave any food or drink in the accommodation
Recycling
You are required to respect the differentiation of waste as required throughout Milan in order not to incur fines from the Municipality.
Recycling rules are shown inside the accommodation.
Tourist tax and documents

A valid identity documents (identity card / passport) will be required upon arrival, to comply with current regulations;

The tourist tax in cash must also be paid at check-in, the cost of which is € 6,30 / per person / per night which is not counted in the cost of the reservation.
Children under the age of 18 are exempt.
A digital receipt will be sent to the guest.
Check-in

Check-in with operator:
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00
Check-in time must be agreed at least 48 hours before arrival.
In case of delay, the time could be rescheduled according to the availability of the operators.
Check-ins with operator after the indicated time slot are not guaranteed.
After 22.00 it is no longer possible to check-in until the next day.
Payment and deposit

To confirm the reservation, the total amount is required to be paid in advance, via paypal (+ paypal fee of 3.40% on the amount paid + € 0.35) or by bank transfer and the remaining 50% 24h before check-in.
The dates will be reserved only after payment has been made.
Cash payments are not accepted (except for the tourist tax).

It is also required a deposit payment of € 150-250 (depending on the accomodation) via paypal which will be returned within 24 hours of check-out in case of no damages.
Booking cancellation and / or modification policies
Cancellation / modification (in default) of a reservation, provides for the full refund of the amount paid or the difference, only if it is made within 7 days from the day of arrival. After 7 days, it will no longer be possible to obtain a refund.
Check-out
Check-out must be done by 10.00 unless otherwise agreed.
Late check-out, if not previously authorized, will be calculated as an extra night.
Use of beds
Guests are accommodated in 2 for each room.
The request for the use of additional rooms / separate beds for each guest, involves a total surcharge of 20 € / bed for the additional bed set, which can be paid in cash upon your arrival.
