House Rules

Conduct

We ask you to consider the following friendly rules designed to make the house more pleasant for all my guests:

  • do not smoke in the apartment;

  • avoid noise on stairways and in other common areas;

  • it is not permitted to accommodate additional people inside the apartment;

  • turn off all lights and air conditioning before leaving;

  • parties and other types of events are not permitted;

  • leave the apartment in order;

  • do not leave any food or drink in the accommodation

Recycling

You must follow Milan’s recycling regulations to avoid fines. Instructions for sorting waste are provided inside the accommodation

Check-in

  • Self Check-in Accomodations :
    Check-in: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
    The time is set only to ensure assistance from an operator. It is still possible to check in independently after these hours, so late check-ins are not a problem.
    Check-out is no later than 10:00 am.
     

  • Accomodations without Self Check-in (with operator) :

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM for properties without self-check-in (with operator).

Check-in time must be agreed uponat least 48 hours before arrival.

In case of delay, the time may be rescheduled according to the operators' availability.
Check-ins with an attendant outside the indicated time slot are not guaranteed. If exceptional check-ins are granted, they will be held between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM at a cost of €30, payable upon arrival.
After 10pm, check-in is no longer possible until the following day.

Payment and deposit

  • To confirm the reservation, the total amount is required to be paid in advance, via paypal (+ paypal fee of 3.40% on the amount paid + € 0.35) or by bank transfer and the remaining 50% 24h before check-in.
    The dates will be reserved only after payment has been made.
    Cash payments are not accepted (except for the tourist tax).
     

  • It is also required a deposit payment of € 150-250 (depending on the accomodation) via paypal which will be returned within 24 hours of check-out in case of no damages.

Booking cancellation and / or modification policies

Cancellation / modification (in default) of a reservation, provides for the full refund of the amount paid or the difference, only if it is made within 7 days from the day of arrival. After 7 days, it will no longer be possible to obtain a refund.

Check-out

Check-out must be done by 10.00 unless otherwise agreed.
Late check-out, if not previously authorized, will be calculated as an extra night.

Use of beds

  • The price is calculated for 2 guests per double bed.

  • If you prefer separate beds (for fewer guests than the maximum capacity), no problem! We just ask that you let us know in advance. An extra linen set for the additional bed costs €20, payable in cash during your stay.

Tourist tax and documents

  • A valid identity document (identity card or passport for EU citizens/passport for non-EU citizens) will be required for each guest, including minors, as required by current legislation.

  • During your stay, you will also have to pay the tourist tax in cash, which costs €6.30 (from 1 January 2026 it will be €9.50) per person per night which is not included in the booking cost for extra-platform bookings. Minors under 18 are exempt.
    A digital receipt from the Municipality of Milan will be sent.
